Good registration management is key for a trouble-free congress. We simplify the process and provide great customer service, follow up on emails from the delegates etc. To achieve this, we use a combination of online tools and offline expertise.

MediCongress helps shape your scientific programme, from abstract management to on-site presentation management. Next to that, we guide authors, reviewers and programme committee members through every stage of the call for abstracts. And we are glad to help you publish final programmes, abstract books, proceedings, mobile apps and custom publications.
Faculty management
Our PCO services include contacting your speakers, planning and booking their journey and accommodation, assiting them with the practical issues of their presentation etc.
Accommodation management
We search for the best hotels and accommodation rates near the meeting venue. We assist every delegate with their hotel booking before, during and after the event.
Exhibition and sponsorship management
We help you attract exhibitors and sponsors, we oversee on-site logistics and servicing and we ensure a carefree event experience for your partners.

MC can go through the accreditation process
The purpose of the EACCME® was to provide accreditation of international CME in Europe and to facilitate the recognition of credits between the various countries in Europe. In order to reach this goal, the UEMS-EACCME® signed agreements of cooperation with countries in Europe, and also outside of Europe.
