The registration fee for the Beginners’ Course includes participation in the 4-day
course, coffee breaks, lunches and the Welcome Reception on Tuesday, September 20
Cancellation
Participants cancelling before September 7 will receive a 50% refund.
There will be no refunds for cancellations received after this date. A written
cancellation is mandatory for receiving a refund. Name substitutions are accepted

Social Programme
Welcome Reception on Tuesday, September 20
All participants are cordially invited to a Welcome Reception taking place at the
Rehabilitation Center (PRM, University hospital Ghent, entrance 40, route 402)
at 17.15 hrs. The reception is included in the registration fee.
