CPDP (Computers, Privacy & Data Protection) is a leading European conference that delves into the intersection of law, technology, and data protection. Established in 2007 by research groups from Vrije Universiteit Brussel, Université de Namur, and Tilburg University, CPDP has expanded to include 20 academic centers of excellence from the EU, the US, and beyond. The conference serves as a multidisciplinary platform, bringing together academics, legal professionals, policymakers, industry leaders, and civil society to discuss emerging issues and trends in privacy and data protection. The 18th edition of CPDP, themed "The World is Watching" will take place from 21 until 23 May 2025, at Maison de la Poste – Tour & Taxis in Brussels. This venue offers a distinctive setting for the conference, combining historical architecture with modern amenities to facilitate engaging discussions and networking opportunities. The conference will feature a diverse program, including panel sessions, workshops, and presentations, addressing topics such as AI regulation, data governance, and the global impact of European digital legislation. As the Professional Conference Organizer (PCO) for CPDP 2025, Medicongress is entrusted with comprehensive organizational responsibilities.
