Administrative tasks
Medicongress is involved in all administrative tasks in preparation to the Congress, during the Congress and after the Congress. We herewith highlight some of the aspects Medicongress takes care of: - preparation of announcements and mailings to potential participants.
- registration of participants and all subsequent correspondence with the participants.
- financial management of your congress, i.e. budgeting receipts and expenditures, invoicing sponsoring companies, controlling the receipt of registration fees, etc...
- reservations and cancellations of hotel rooms: thanks to our experience and professional contacts with the hotels, we guarantee that even participants making last minute reservations can still obtain a hotel room
- printouts of every wanted list
- manufacturing of badges by computer and the preparation of thesebadges; moreover the country of origin is indicated on this badge bymeans of a small self-adhesive country flag
- preparation of the congress bags: insertion of the Congress programme, the abstracts, brochures,...
- problem solving during the Congress: problems with hotel and/or flight reservations, with the payment of the registration fees,...
