How to get there
When arriving at St Pancras International (Eurostar terminus), go to the tube at
the underground station Kings Cross St Pancras. Take the light blue line ‘Victoria’ and
get off at the fourth stop ‘Oxford Circus’.
Language
The official language of the Workshop is English. There will be no simultaneous
translation.
Accreditation
An application for continuing professional development (cpd) credits for meetings is
submitted to the Royal College of Physicians.
For participants from The Netherlands, an application for accreditation units has
been submitted for the following specialties: Rheumatology, MDL, NIV, Allergology,
Dermatology and Paediatrics.
Technical Equipment
Only PowerPoint projection will be available. All slides will be presented from a
central server.
Laptop presentations will not be allowed.
Presenters are requested to bring their presentation on a memory stick, Zip drive,
CD-Rom or DVD.
Posters
Poster displays will measure 90 cm width by 1,5 meter height (portrait). Posters are to
be mounted on Wednesday afternoon upon arrival and have to be removed on Friday
afternoon.
Scientific Exhibition
An exhibition of medical and pharmaceutical products will be held during the
Workshop.
Liability
Neither the organizers nor Medicongress accept liability for damages and/or losses of
any kind which may be incurred by Workshop participants. Participants are advised
to take out insurance against loss, accidents or damage which could be incurred
during the Workshop.
