Introduction
Medicongress, an independent Professional Convention Organiser, takes care of
the complete organisation of medical, scientific and pharmaceutical
conventions, in Belgium and elsewhere
Apart from the scientific programme presented by your association, department or
company, Medicongress can provide a "à la carte" logistical support to relieve
you of any worries concerning time-consuming organisational and administrative
tasks.

Mentality
Medicongress does not want to be the biggest congress organiser
in Belgium with a lot of staff members and eye-catching offices. We only want
to work on the highest professional level (which is - in our opinion - not
possible when you organise more than 20 congresses per year), and ... we want
to find personal satisfaction in our work.
We will only accept to organise a congress when we are
completely available on the moment the congress is scheduled (see to it that
the PCO of your choice does not have to organise another congress at the very
moment your congress takes place).
Our staff is very experienced in the organisation of scientific
congresses. Two staff members, graduated in hotel and tourism, are responsible
for the adminstration and registration department and an interpreter takes care
of organisational aspects and printing matter.
And last but not least we have the Flemish mentality of hard
workers who are only satisfied when our client is satisfied as well. Your
congress will become our "child".
